A century-old winery dating back to the early 19th century, carved into rock and built with sandstone and oak and beech wood beams. It consists of four levels housing 600 French oak barrels distributed between the underground caves and the first floor, an ageing area with large American oak vats, and a noble area equipped with kitchen, dining room and private lounge. This final space is used for corporate activities and to welcome our visitors.

A more modern-style construction composed of several areas with different functions: winemaking area with stainless steel tanks; ageing area with 4,000 French and American oak barrels; bottling line; bottle ageing cellar with capacity for 800,000 bottles; warehouse.
