Technical Specifications:

Cepages: Tempranillo 100 %.
Vineyards: a selection of local old bush vines.
Winemaking: fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: aged for 36 months in French and American oak barrels with a further ageing process in bottle in the cellar before release.

Available Formats: 75cl bottles.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: brilliant, deep cherry red colour.

Bouquet: clean, fresh black berry fruit and spices.

Mouthfeel: spicy black berry fruit, with well integrated round tannins. A very elegant wine.
