Technical Specifications:

  • Cepages: Tempranillo 100%.
  • Vineyards: A selection of local old bush vines.
  • Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
  • Ageing: Aged for 36 months in French and American oak barrels with a further ageing process in bottle in the cellar before release.

Available Formats: 75cl bottles.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Brilliant, Deep cherry red colour.

Bouquet: Clean, fresh black berry fruit and spices.

Mouthfeel: Spicy black berry fruit, with well integrated round tannins. A very elegant wine.
